How to Make a De-Bloating Smoothie

To alleviate the discomfort in your belly, try sipping on my FAVORITE refreshing and detoxifying blend that I’ve come to love in the form of a smoothie.
This smoothie is full of powerful ingredients and sure to help you de-bloat today! I make this whenever I feel like I’m a little extra sluggish, when that time of the month is coming around, or when I’ve eaten something that isn’t settling the way I want it to.
Sometimes, I just make it for the sake of having a healthy smoothie!
This is my go-to debloat smoothie and it works like a charm.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and place it in a blender.
- Add the frozen pineapple and mango chunks to the blender.
- Peel and grate the fresh ginger root and add it to the blender.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and coconut water.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water or almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

*Note: you can make this without ice if your fruit is frozen already
