I make this whenever I feel like I’m a little extra sluggish, when that time of the month is coming around, or when I’ve eaten something that isn’t settling the way I want it to. Sometimes, I just make it for the sake of having a healthy smoothie! Here’s what I know about how to make a de-bloating smoothing!

How to Make a De-bloating Smoothie
Packed with nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory ingredients, this smoothie will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. Here’s how to make a de-bloating smoothie that is gut-healthy, anti-bloat and easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 inch of fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and place it in a blender (this is the best blender on Amazon!)
- Add the frozen pineapple and mango chunks to the blender.
- Peel and grate the fresh ginger root and add it to the blender.
- Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and coconut water.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water or almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy your de-bloating smoothie!
*Note: you can make this without ice cubes if your fruit is already frozen.
